DVA Gold card holders & approved Insurance claimants are not required to make any payment. We are registered with SIRA for Work Injuries Cover and Motor Injury Claims and also cover NDIS. The patients approved with these don’t have to make any payment and we can settle the payments directly with insurance agencies.

We also provide Medicate EPC rebate, for patients with EPC/CDM referrals. We use the patient’s Medicare card with a savings account. Medicare refunds the set amount back to patient’s account directly, to help minimise out of pocket expenses for the patient. The EPC Medicare rebate as of 1st July 2025 is $61.80 and the patient pays the Gap.
