Befit Physiotherapy offers quality care for a range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, muscle pain, tendon and ligament sprains and strains as well as care for ankle, foot, knee, shoulder and hip pain.

We believe high quality physiotherapy care should be available to all, which is why we are proud to offer Telehealth to the wider communities of Australia. There are many other reasons that people may wish to access a Telehealth consultation with one of our experienced physiotherapists. Often clients may be unable to attend the clinic due to illness or injury, or may be concerned about attending the clinic during the current COVID-19 pandemic

Our Telehealth consultations will deliver the same exceptional level of care as our in-clinic service offerings, where our experienced team of physiotherapists will develop a tailored treatment plan designed to get clients moving towards their best quality of life.

Medicare is subsidising Physiotherapy Tele – Consultations and a doctor’s referral is required with a ‘Enhanced Primary Care” (EPC)  Plan for  Chronic Disease Management (CDM) for claiming Medicare benefit. We do Bulk Billing for such Telehealth consultations. Please note that a CDM / EPC referral from the GP is mandatory for Bulk Billing of Telehealth Physiotherapy services.

Most of the private health funds have also agreed to provide benefits for individual (one on one) physiotherapy tele-consultations from April 2020. Please check with your respective health cover provider regarding the coverage. For a limited time, we are offering first telehealth consultation at $0 Gap (Gap free) for all patients with eligible private health cover.
